The normal limit is 4 active clients + 1 personal vendor. If your household or setup genuinely needs more, request a reviewed exception for up to 10 total clients.
Explain the legitimate need
Examples include several players sharing one connection, established vendors, or meditators. More clients for farming alone may be declined.
Wait for approval
Your existing 4 + 1 limit remains active until the team approves the application. A submission is not automatic permission.

The request must be attached to the Lumen account responsible for the exception.
